In Setup → Invite, paste partner emails or upload a CSV. Each partner gets a branded magic-link email — no password required on first visit. You can also publish a public application form and share the link on your website or LinkedIn so new partners can apply themselves.
Every partner is assigned to a tier (e.g. Silver, Gold, Platinum) that controls which modules, assets, deal-reg workflows, and incentives they see. Internal users get one of three roles — brand admin, channel manager, or read-only — with granular controls per module. Roles and tiers can be changed at any time from the Partners screen.
Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security policies scoped to your brand_id, so a partner or admin from one brand can never read or write another brand's records — even via the API. Sensitive operations run through security-definer functions that re-check the caller's role before executing.
Once partners have accepted their invites, open Market → Campaigns, pick a template (email, landing page, or social kit), attach any MDF budget, and publish. Partners see the campaign in their portal, can co-brand assets in one click, and you get engagement and pipeline attribution back automatically.
Most brands go live in 2–3 weeks: about a day to brand the portal and wire up your domain, one week to model tiers and workflows with your channel team, and another week to migrate partner records and send the first invite wave. You can start with a smaller pilot cohort and expand from there.
Yes. Partners can sign in with email magic link, Google, or Microsoft out of the box. Enterprise SSO (SAML / OIDC) is available for partner organizations that require it, and you can enforce SSO per tier or per partner org.
